While Turkey is, basically, awash in marble and travertine (its cheaper than wood here), the quality of production by some natural stone producers leaves something to be desired. Additionally, foreign buyers may find that the company theyre dealing with has exaggerated their capacity, as well as their ability to meet specifications and timelines. Many foreign buyers come to us after a bad experience with another company, then become our regular customer. And theres a reason for that.

We personally visit and inspect every quarry and factory we deal with, because we work for the customer, not the quarry or factory. We make absolutely sure the factory has the capacity and ability to fulful the orders of our customers, <EM>on time,</EM> and hold the factories to their commitments from the beginning to the end of the production process.
